Mission Operations

AmericaAgain! must begin to pay its founder David Zuniga a market salary. He first financed the mission for seven years out of pocket, then raised his ‘missionary support’ predominantly from his brother Oscar (president of this nonprofit Institute), and several smaller regular donors, while developing the mission, writing blog articles, creating podcasts, and publishing books. He is currently working full-time on a bare-bones subsistence salary predominantly from member dues with occasional continued support from his brother Oscar.

The founder will work with the CTO and web design consultants to regularly update the website and user experience. His writing schedule includes the three remaining volumes in the TACTICAL CIVICS™ Library, book series, the 5-volume breakdown of this new way of life, plus several additional books, Changing America’s Mind: How We The People break through lies and programming to turn America’s tide, and The Statesman’s Manual: A Citizen-Statesman’s Guide to Writing and Enacting Legislation Conforming to the Constitution and Supporting the Rule of Law. The founder will be paid $120,000.

The AmericaAgain! COO ($180,000) will hire all staff, superintend operations of all projects.

AmericaAgain! co-founder Matt Mida, has also financially supported the mission since inception, wrote the Chapter Operations Field Manual, oversees the Training Center daily operations, and is designing the new website (all while trying to maintain a full-time job to feed his family). As the mission’s CTO ($180,000), Matt will also will also be responsible for building and leading the technical teams needed to deliver the Indictment Engine application and all other critical IT infrastructure and application systems needed to accomplish the mission of Tactical Civics.

The AmericaAgain! CFO ($90,000) will handle financial operations and reporting.

Member Support Director ($120,000) will oversee one additional Member Support specialist ($60,000) when membership reaches 2,500 and add another specialist for each 10,000 members thereafter.

Event Logistics Coordinator ($60,000) will arrange all chapter, state, and regional event logistics, materials, and communications, in coordination with the

Chapter Support Director ($120,000) who will lead, brief, and coordinate Chapter Leaders and State Coordinators.

AmericaAgain! co-founder John Leyzorek, also serves on this Institute’s board, has devised our American Militia 2.0™ project, and has written the only book of its kind, as our Chapter Field Manual, Volume 3. As the Director ($120,000) of this historic project to restore this key aspect of our constitutional rule of law, John will recruit any existing proto-militia group or form new ones, to pass our model Militia Ordinance, creating a county Militia unit conforming to the U.S. Constitution, and will also work with county employees to add our model County Militia page to the county government’s official website.

Grand Jury Awake™ Director will initially be mission founder David Zuniga, who will build the new Grand Jury Awake™ website menu area offering training, briefing, and resources to any county Grand Jury member seeking same, and will also work with county employees to add our model County Grand Jury page to the county government’s official website.

In 2022-23, we seek to greatly improve the new interactive websites for TACTICAL CIVICS™ ($10,000), Grand Jury Awake™ ($3,000), and American Militia 2.0™ ($5,000).

Although we will lease ad hoc meeting venues for key team members to gather on rare occasions, we plan to operate without an HQ office or other direct central office costs, to demonstrate the efficacy of virtual office operations as in our proposed Bring Congress Home Act.
